Navarātri

This programme runs over Navarātri, a nine-night period where the Divine Feminine is honoured in her many forms.

It is a time traditionally dedicated to practice, prayer and inner reflection. Many people simplify their diet, spend more time in meditation, and recommit to the disciplines that support a clear and steady mind.

Navarātri also falls at a seasonal turning point (this is no co-incidence). Ayurveda encourages us to pay attention to these seasonal changes, and use them as times for close attention to self care.

Rather than another challenge or quick fix, Coming Home to Yourself is an invitation to return to the foundations of yoga. Over twenty-one days, we will build a sustainable practice through yoga, pranayama, meditation and simple lifestyle practices that can become part of everyday life.

Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or returning after time away, this is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through one of the most sacred periods of the yogic calendar.
