Ashtanga yoga is a powerful tool for self transformation. But what does this mean? Join this six-week online course, incorporating practice classes and online lectures for a roadmap to cultivate clarity & inner wisdom via the vehicle of Ashtanga Yoga.
What is the format?
- Weekly Ashtanga Yoga practice classes (themed with cues for self-inquiry)
- Weekly Philosophy lectures (establishing the “darshan” view point of yoga, the goal, roadmap and prescription for practice)
Who is this for?
- If you have been practicing Ashtanga but would like to know more about the philosophy
- If you want to make the link better yoga on the mat, and yoga in daily life
- f you are looking for inspiration in your existing yoga practice
- Open to those new to Ashtanga (recommended to also purchase the pre-recorded Intro to Ashtanga yoga online course*).
Requirements
Participating students to maintain 4-5 day a week practice of Ashtanga yoga sequence (30 mins up to full sequence) during the six weeks.
